As the Founder and CEO of Aerostar Jet Training Academy and Aerostar Overseas, she has pioneered aviation, hospitality, and overseas education training in Gujarat. Dr. Jadeja is also a key contributor to industry-academia collaboration through her role as a Knowledge Partner with leading universities, where she integrates industry-relevant skill development into mainstream education.
In addition to her academic pursuits, she is the Business Partner at the MS Dhoni Cricket Academy and Mahesh Bhupathi Tennis Academy, reflecting her diverse expertise in sports, education, and entrepreneurship.
